The Guidelines are as follows:
Chefs
Plan to arrive and begin to setup your chef station in Parish Hall at 5pm
Be prepared to serve at least 25 1/2 cup servings or more of sauce. A 4 quart crock pot would be advised
Bring your own ladle/serving implements and crock pot
Sauce should be warm upon arrival
Power will be provided to your station
Bakers
Please arrive for setup at 6pm
Set your baked goods up for individual servings
Bring serving implements
Plates and silverware will be provided
The no host bar will open at 6 pm
Food will be begin being served at 6:30 pm
