For reservations, call: Kathy Higgins at 823-2852 or Dolores Novello at 824-9247. “Style is a simple way of saying complicated things.” –Jean Cocteau, 1936  On Labor Day (Monday, 9/2/13), the town of Bodega will host the 50th Anniversary Festival of Hitchcock’s movie “The Birds.” St. Teresa Church is on the tourist list to view, from 10am to 4pm. We need volunteers to greet the tourists, protect the church interior, and sell St. Teresa gift items. Five volunteers are needed for each of these shifts: 10am-12noon, 12noon-2pm, and 2pm-4pm.

A Mass of Thanksgiving to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the St. Philip/St. Teresa Rural Food Program will be held on Thursday, August 15, the Feast of the Assumption, at 5:15 pm, at St. Philip Church.
Parishioners are encouraged to attend and join with volunteers, Catholic Charities guests, major donors of the program, and former pastors to give thanks for this tradition of service to our brothers and sisters in need. A complimentary catered reception will be held in the Parish Hall following the Mass. Please RSVP by August 11 through the parish office (874-3812 or [email protected]) if you will be able to attend this Mass and reception. |
